Our Story

Real Thai flavor, made from scratch.

Golden Basil Street Kitchen is the work of Chef Malee Suriya — a chef whose bold, homestyle Thai cooking earned a 2019 National Culinary Award semifinalist nod and City Eats' Chef of the Year.

Everything is built on scratch-made sauces, fresh herbs and a serious respect for spice. Much of the menu is gluten-free friendly, and Chef Malee's own Thai products now stock 250+ Heartland Market stores across the region.
